Booking Terms & Payment

We will process your Online Booking Form and confirm as soon as possible by e-mail that the required accommodation is available and advise you of the total cost.  A non-returnable deposit of approximately 25% of the total amount due will be required to finalise the booking. If we do not receive your cheque payment for the deposit within 5 days we will assume that you have changed your mind and the booking will be cancelled. If a confirmed booking is cancelled after the deposit has been paid you will be liable for the full rent.
