Castles
There are many fine castles in the area, Cilgerran in the lower reaches of the river Teifi. It is quite well preserved with excellent views over the river.
Newcastle Emlyn has a picturesque ruin with an excellent walk along the river bank with its pretty weir that once supplied water to an early year hydro-electric power station that supplied the town.
